This permanent, full-time role offers 38 hours each week, including 6 hours paid non-contact admin time, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills . With ongoing training, mentorship, and support, you’ll be equipped to thrive in this leadership role. Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00–8:45am (Rise & Shine) 2:30–6:00pm (Stay & Play) Plus Non Contact Admin Allocation About the Role: As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging Kindergarten and before- and after-school program for children aged 4–12 years. Your leadership responsibilities include: Creating and leading dynamic, child-centered programs across both Kindergarten and OSHC, incorporating exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts—designed to inspire and engage children. Managing a dedicated, newly built OSHC room with exclusive access to its own kitchen, office, and shared outdoor yard, within the beautiful Trinity College Grounds. Taking ownership of your team’s roster , managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and handling administrative tasks while fostering teamwork and professional growth. Receiving mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team to help you develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. .
